This is one of our favorite things about cat ownership. Truly. And maybe dog owners won't understand, but we mean it. Our cats being smart, our cats being playful, our cats trying to outsmart us in the most hilarious ways possible - there isn't a moment of boredom with them. He is not on the counter, and you cannot argue with that. He found a loophole, and since he did, you cannot be mad at him about it. You can only sit there, look, and be taunted by this adorable little creature.

Oh, just imagine the confusion that was in that home that day. The people are home, who actually remembered to take this whole chicken out of the freezer and let it thaw on time to be cooked, so excited to put it into the oven, get it cooked to purrfection, turning around for one second and suddenly finding the chicken gone. We would have thought that we had lost our minds. It couldn't have just disappeared, could it? But it did. And they will never know the reason why or how it happened. Unless they come across this meme and recognize the kitty in the picture. Which, really, would only make the story funnier.
